Srushti deshmukh, in her third year in engineering is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. She was unsure if engineering is an appropriate career path for her. Later, she realized her passion was in civil service and started to focus on this. Her parents encouraged her to pursue civil work and to find a job serving the people. She remained motivated and determined to become an IAS Officer. Achieving UPSC is a lot of work. When she was preparing in engineering She also had to prepare different subjects in UPSC. Every day, she set aside the time to study for exams. In just one and a quarter months she studied for engineering exams, and avoided any social interaction. Concentration is essential to pass this exam. She is hoping to join a civil service. She was determined to pass the exam on the first go and put in a lot of work. She used to read newspapers to keep up-to-date on current affairs every day. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. The book of IAS Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also written a book, which was published under the title The Answer Writing Guide. It is available in every state library.
